Politics Is Beyond Social Media Pages.

Politics is beyond social media pages. Certainly, a serious politician who wants to deliver his or her polling units/ward must take his or her electioneering campaigns to the polling units, electoral wards and local government area. 

Mobilizing people to support your preferred candidates and political party using only the Whatsapp platforms, Facebook and other online platforms by using derogatory languages to insult, abuse and blackmail your political party candidates, leaders and members instead of channelling the energy to market your party candidates reveal the hatred and jealousy you have against those candidates of your party.

Politics is said to be local hence all efforts must be channelled towards mobilizing the grassroot voters for your political party candidates.

I do believe that at the appropriate time, those involved in anti party activities shall definitely meet their waterloo in no distance time.

They despised their party candidates just because they have been paid by the third force to do so.  That is noisense of the highest order. The leaders of the opposition party which you campaigning for and which you haven't decamped to will not remember you if they win.

My advice for those engaging in such blackmails of their party candidates, leaders and members should have a rethink now and change for better. 

At this juncture, I wish to use this opportunity to advice all social media aides to also take their electioneering campaigns activities down to their polling units, wards and local government areas for the purposes of sensitizing the real voters, who are mostly women, men and youths in our various communities, where the bulk of the expected votes are sourced. .

Again, election is not won on the pages of social media platforms but at the polling units and in the wards which make up the local government area total votes.

Please know this and have peace. Let us shun the attitude of blackmailing our political leaders on the pages of social media platforms.
