BREAKING News : Attempts by APC to declare the Seats of Edo State House of Assembly Members vacant on account of defection to PDP at the Federal High Court failed awhile ago FHC/B/CS/63/2021.




In a considered Judgement which lasted about Three Hours, His Lordship Justice Prof Chuka Obiozo of Federal High  Court No 2, agreed with the Submission of Learned Council for the Defendants Hon Paschal Ugbome esq that the Defection was covered by the Provison in Section 109(g)1&2 of the 1099 Constitution as Amended. 

Other Lawyers in the Team were Ken Mozia SAN, Efosa Urhoghide esq, etc.
