POLITICAL UPHEAVAL IN AGBAZILO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY...* *RECOGNITION OF THE DULY NOMINATED CANDIDATE, SIR PRINCE LEWIS OSOBASE AS THE ONLY PANACEA FOR PARTY COHESION TOWARDS WINNING ELECTIONS IN THE CONSTITUENCY COME 2023

Since *Esan North East And Esan South East Federal Constituency* had a memorable date with promising destiny on the _22nd,May,2022_ when *Sir Prince Lewis Osobase* was duly nominated as the party's *flagbearer* from amongst the aspirants,there have been palpable tension as to where the party was heading to having been a predominantly adopted *"Political Vehicle"* for the entire District.

It is disgusting and disheartening to know that because of personal or group interest,there was  usurpation of the powers of the electoral umpire, *INEC* which metamorphosed into conducting parallel primaries..Expectedly,the aftermath was claims of having two candidates,one from each camp of the two heavyweights..Since then,there have been disenchantment, palpable fear,and untold apprehension amongst party faithfuls who once enjoyed bonded fraternity..Party members are no longer conscious of statements and anti party acts..For once, people seem to enjoy freedom of expression as it were..

Repeatedly and very consciously too,party faithfuls have threatened to vote for candidates of the other divides if *Sir Prince Lewis Osobase* was not given the mandate officially by the *leadership of the party*.They have threatened to willfully use their PVC to relegate the party and turn it to opposition in Agbazilo..Without exergeration,voters and electorates across board have vowed to support,advocate and vote for *Sir Prince Lewis Osobase* in the general elections come 2023.This shows how he is been loved by the electorates irrespective of political affiliations and leanings.The aura of divinity around him is awesome..The irony of having a divided house even when non members pledge allegiance to the candidacy of *Sir Prince Lewis Osobase* is more than meet the eyes.

As if our respected and digital Governor,G.O had a fruitful moment with divine authorities last week,he called for caution and appealed for all to come together in order to nip in the bud the over growing influence of the *OBI-dient* propagandists.. Accordingly,he set up a reconciliation committee.But the fear is:.Coming together as a united front without fairness and justice will endanger our relative unity the more..This assertive mode is coming from the heels of the confusing stance of a senior stakeholder...If a leader of prominent reputation who is seen as a compass for values could allegedly deduce that PDP lost the gubernatorial election in *Ekiti State* owning to the high-handedness and domineering posture of an erstwhile governor, *H.E PETER AYODELE FAYOSE* who unilaterally imposed the candidate,it goes to show how unreal we are to resolving issues without emotions...

This same leader,a revered international negotiator and mediator,a titled chief,and an illustrious son of Edo State is part of those encouraging the ravaging feud,acrimony, division amongst comity of stakeholders,and also suggesting and defending imposition in his home state of Edo,nay primary constituency.Again,this is ironical.A bad system doesn't appear wrong to those benefitting from it..Rather they do everything to defend it to the detriment of larger society.

Without much ado,the selling point of Sir *Prince Lewis Osobase* that have endeared him to electorates are:He has been of immense support to the party;
He is a victim of circumstances;His simplicity is enviable and immutable;His interest to impact positively the lives of his constituents is undoubtedly stable;He refrains from acts that endanger peace and unity;He has been an unrepentant apostle of quality living for his constituents;He is a diehard benefactor to many indigent constituents..

Ahead of the 2023 general elections,electorates have sworn never to be swayed by any sweat coated tongue to que where they are instructed to stay...The unfortunate disbandment of *endSARS* protest by state agents has resurrected by reactions towards maladministration of current clueless and rutherless occupants of Aso Rock..All eligible voters are picking up their PVC to chart a new cause to upturn the table to the chagrin of  our very revered leaders.This is reprehensive and nauseatingly worrisome,and this is where our leaders need to consciously act fast and keep the contingent of our *"Political Foot Soldiers"* intact..It is only the acceptance of the nomination of *Sir* *Prince Lewis Osobase* as the PDP candidate for *Esan North East And Esan South East Federal Constituency* that can abate the impending doom and gun powder ready to explode.His widespread accepted *Core Values,Mission, and Vision statements* aren't what the electorates want to gamble with..His policy of the popular *7Rs* is enviable and soothing.Electorates have resolved to go all out for *Sir Prince Lewis Osobase* .If otherwise,the defeat of PDP in the Constituency is going to be tsunami..This is certainly not my opinion,but intelligence report..
