JUST IN FEDERAL HIGH COURT SITTING IN ABUJA TODAY DELIVERD JUDGMENT IN FAVOUR OF EDO STATE PDP EXECUTIVE



According to report from the Federal Court Abuja, said almost 2 years of Litigation on the issues of Edo State Party Executives (Structure) wherein Executives of the Party had obtained a restraining Order from the Nigerian Court of Law, restraining the PDP National Chairman and the National Working Committee from TAMPERING, CHANGING, ALTERING, REMOVAL and unlawful REPLACEMENT of the Edo State PDP Executives as voted for, elected and duly sworn in at the 2020 PDP State Congresses. 


The Judge by today's JUDGEMENT has finally put to rest the issues of HARMONISATION, INTEGRATION or DISSOLUTION of the aforementioned State Executives until the end of their Constitutional Tenures in 2024. 


This is not only Victory for Edo PDP but Victory for PDP Nationwide and most importantly it is VICTORY for Democracy

It was a historic moment today at Esan Central Local Government Area of Edo State as the campaign train of the People's Democratic Party concluded its campaign tour in Edo Central.  The journey which commenced with a visit to the Palace of the Onojie of Irrua, HRH W.O. Momodu, the Okaijesan of Esan land, saw the King's spokesman reeling out the series of people-oriented projects executed by the Governor Obaseki's administration in Irrua Kingdom.
