Opening prayer : was led by Pastor Osabuohien Princely. 

× Comr. Bayode Choice, speak on issues of zoning, saying that zoning must not be a topic we continue harmer on daily, so that it should not look as if we are ready to confront our opponents ahead primary election, hence the need for us all to move forward with other better topics that can be use in promoting our principal. He also advise us to shunned disunity among ourselves, to enable us achieve positive results in promoting and defending our principal ahead 2023. 

* Comr, Olor Osaigbovo, spoke on the achievement we made on zoning topic, that we have really opened the eyes of the people to know how much injustice that has been done against the good people of Egor for over 24 years of our Democracy. 

* Comr, Ozimah Joseph Odemokpa, advice everyone of us to ensure we all work in unity , hence house divided against it self can not stand. And we should avoid using our personal names on articles that related to the NACO media team, hence the need for us to make use of the general names we are using, such as Concen Citizens For True Democracy or NACO MEDIA TEAM, that will enable everyone of us to shared and defend the message against our opponents if the need arises. 

* Comr. S. O Nosiagho , spoke briefly on the issue of zoning that we has move forward so that we can equally win the hearts of Ikpoba-okha people ahead primary election. He also asked Comr, Olor Osaigbovo, to apologize over his attacks against Comr, Bayode Choice, to show respect among our selves, and Comr, Olor respectively apologies and the apology was accepted. 

* Comr, Bayode Choice, caution everyone to stop using our personal names on articles related to the NACO media team, only if you don't want us to share and defend the message generally and if anyone persist to write an article, the person should try notify the general house to have an impute or edit before sharing that will enable us to achieve a team work. And if anybody persist or continue to making use of their personal names on articles and expecting the media body to share or defend it against our opponents, hence such persons shall be exited from the NACO media team, for his failure to work in unity as agreed. 

* Below are the Slogans that was suggested on proposed posters:

The money sent to the media team by our principal Hon, Barr. Nosa Adams, was happily shared among our selves and Comr, Olor was asked to deliver Comr, Shola own to him, since he took permission. 

Motion was move by Comr, S. O. Nesiangho and seconded by Comr, Bayode Choice. 

Closing prayer was led by Comr. Olor Osaigbovo.
