Breaking: Court Restrains PDP Outlaws From Suspending Orbih

A high court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, before His Lordship, Hon. Justice O. A. Adeniyi, between Dan Orbih, the applicant, and PDP, the Defendant, upon upon the Erollment of Order, has retrained PDP from acting upon the suspension of Dan Orbih.
Upon reading the Motion Experts and accompanying Affidavit, Mr. Ode Aoyi prayed the Honourable Court for the following:
An Order of Interim injunction restraining the defendant, PDP, at any level by itself, its servants, agents, officers and others however described, from giving effect to, recognizing or acting upon any so called confirmation or ratification of the resolution of the 7th Oct. 2021 by a so called enlarged meeting of the party elders and or state working committee suspending Chief Dan Orbih from the party or acting upon the so called resolution of the self-acclaimed stakeholders which purported suspended him in defiance of the provision of Article 57(1)-(7) of the constitution of party pending the hearing and determination on notice.
The order was subsequently granted by the Honourable Court.
