Breaking: Court Restrains PDP Outlaws From Suspending Orbih

A high court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, before His Lordship, Hon. Justice O. A. Adeniyi, between Dan Orbih, the applicant, and PDP, the Defendant, upon upon the Erollment of Order, has retrained PDP from acting upon the suspension of Dan Orbih.
Upon reading the Motion Experts and accompanying Affidavit, Mr. Ode Aoyi prayed the Honourable Court for the following:
An Order of Interim injunction restraining the defendant, PDP, at any level by itself, its servants, agents, officers and others however described, from giving effect to, recognizing or acting upon any so called confirmation or ratification of the resolution of the 7th Oct. 2021 by a so called enlarged meeting of the party elders and or state working committee suspending Chief Dan Orbih from the party or acting upon the so called resolution of the self-acclaimed stakeholders which purported suspended him in defiance of the provision of Article 57(1)-(7) of the constitution of party pending the hearing and determination on notice.
The order was subsequently granted by the Honourable Court.

Edo Decide 2020 : Desperate Osagie Ize-Iyamu, Given a Fake Title at Ora, Etsako West.

Our attention was drawn to a publication released on August 28, 2020. Titled “Jubilation As Pastor Ize-Iyamu Bags Honorary Title of ‘Oyakhire’ at Ora”. In the body of the publication it read, “There’s jubilation in the camp of APC as the Palace of the Oje of Ora in Owan West LGA of Edo state, yesterday 27th of August, conferred a honorary chieftaincy title of Oyakhire' meaning, 'he who wipes our tears', on the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Edo Governorship election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.” The Ora sons and daughters will like to draw attention to the disregard for the people of Ora. Points to Note: 1. There is no title known as Okpojenagan of Ora.  2. There is Okpojenagan of Ohia-Ojiwere, the youngest Chief in Ohia.  3. No Chief has the right, power to confer honorary title, that right rest on the Oje of Ora, exclusively!  4.
